A four-phase rhythm. We use the same shape for a six-week sprint and a sixteen-week build - only the depth changes.
One week to understand: stakeholders, constraints, the system around the problem. We write the problem statement together.
Concepts and prototypes - low-fidelity, fast, and clear enough to learn from. We pick the route we believe in and write a build spec we'd be willing to sign.
The longest phase. Weekly demos, real data, real users. We ship to staging early and to production as soon as it's honest.
Documentation written for the next maintainer. Runbooks, dashboards, eval suites. We stay on retainer if you want us; we leave clean if you don't.
Sklop is an independent studio. The name is a South Slavic word - sklop, written Склоп - meaning assembly, frame, integrated circuit. A whole made of well-fitted parts.
The studio carries that idea into the work: careful structure, plain-spoken delivery, and parts that fit before they scale. We pick problems we can hold in our heads end-to-end, and we hold them well.
We're small on purpose. Senior attention from first brief to final handover. The principal is accountable on every project.
